A wedding day has its own rhythm. Some moments deserve gentle guidance. Others are best left uninterrupted. My role is to help you stay present while thoughtfully documenting the story as it naturally unfolds.From our first conversation to your final gallery, every decision is made with one goal in mind: creating a wedding day that feels just as wonderful to experience as it is to remember.
Here's what you can expect
ONE - Discovery
Every wedding begins with a conversation. I'd love to hear your story, learn what matters most to you, and understand the kind of experience you're hoping to create.
We'll talk about your relationship, wedding vision, priorities, and how you'd like your day to feel—not just how you'd like it to look. Because every celebration is different, every photography collection is thoughtfully tailored to fit your day.
TWO - Planning Your Day
This is where we begin making thoughtful decisions together. Rather than choosing an arbitrary number of photography hours, we'll build coverage around what matters most to you.
We'll talk through your priorities, timeline, and whether options like extended coverage or a second photographer would add value to your day. Some weddings benefit from multiple photographers and full-day coverage, while others are beautifully simple.
Every recommendation I make is intended to support your experience and help you invest intentionally, so your photography complements your wedding day instead of dictating it.
THREE - Wedding Day
When your wedding day arrives... take a deep breath. I've got you. I'll gently guide portraits, keep an eye on the timeline, collaborate with your vendor team, and quietly step back when meaningful moments unfold naturally.
Some of my favorite photographs happen in between the big moments—the hand squeeze before the ceremony, your grandparents watching from across the room, or the flower girl twirling when nobody's looking. Those are the moments I'm always paying attention to.
FOUR - Your Gallery
Within about four weeks, your wedding gallery will be delivered through a beautiful online gallery where you can download every image included in your collection. You'll be able to share your photographs, order professional prints and artwork, and revisit your day whenever you'd like.
I recommend backing up your gallery in both the cloud and an external hard drive so these memories can be preserved for generations to come.
FIVE · Preserving Your Story
Long after the flowers have dried and the cake has been eaten, your photographs become one of the few tangible pieces of your wedding day that remain.
Whether you choose a handcrafted album, framed artwork, or simply revisit your gallery every anniversary, my hope is that these photographs bring you back not only to what your wedding looked like, but to exactly how it felt—because that's what we're really preserving.
