Your Branding Experience
Your business has a story to tell. Whether you're launching something new, refreshing your website, publishing a book, or simply ready for photographs that feel more like you, my goal is to create imagery that reflects not only what you do—but why you do it.
Here's what you can expect
ONE - Discovery
Every project begins with a conversation. Before we ever pick up a camera, we'll talk about your business, your audience, your values, your goals, and how you'd like people to feel when they discover your work.
We'll also discuss the practical details that help bring YOUR VISION TO LIFE: Website refreshes • Social media content • Editorial features • Publications & product launches • Speaking engagements • Amazon listings • Marketing campaigns • Team growth
TWO · Planning Your Session
Once we have a clear vision, we'll begin building your session together. We'll choose locations that feel authentic to your business, develop a wardrobe plan, gather meaningful props, and create a flexible shot list that supports your goals without feeling overly scripted.
We'll also talk through things like: Brand personality • Content priorities • Team members • Workspace details • Products • Client interactions • Environmental portraits • Lifestyle imagery
My favorite branding galleries feel less like a checklist and more like spending a day inside your business.
THREE · Session Day
This is where all of our planning comes to life. Some moments I'll gently direct. Others I'll simply observe. We'll create a thoughtful balance of portraits, working moments, environmental details, interactions, and the little pieces of your business that often become your most valuable content later.
You don't need to know how to pose. You don't need to perform. My job is to create an environment where you feel comfortable enough to simply do what you do best.
FOUR · Your Gallery
Within about four weeks, your personalized online gallery will be ready.
Before your session, we'll have already discussed how your images will be used and what licensing best supports your project.
Because of that, your gallery will include the images, download sizes, and licensing rights we've planned together in advance.
FIVE · Building Your Image Library
One of the biggest shifts I encourage business owners to make is thinking beyond a single photo shoot.
Instead of creating one great hero image every few years, let's begin building a visual library that grows alongside your business.
A strong image library gives you the freedom to communicate consistently across every part of your brand.
WHERE YOUR BRAND PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSEvery branding session is thoughtfully planned around your goals, audience, and where your images will be used.

Whatever you're building next
Every business is different. An image intended for your website requires different usage than one appearing in a regional magazine, national advertising campaign, book cover, product packaging, or large-scale commercial placement. Because of that, your gallery will include the images, download sizes, and licensing rights we've planned together in advance.

Behind My LensWhy brands trust Lindsey
One of my favorite things about branding photography is that I'm often invited in at the beginning of something new—a business, a website, a book, or a dream that's finally ready to be shared. I love the optimism of those seasons and the opportunity to help bring your vision to life.
While photographs may introduce your business, people connect with the person behind it—and that's always the story I'm most interested in telling.
I want your photographs to continue supporting your business long after our session together.
Tell Me What You're Building
Every meaningful project begins with a conversation. I'd love to hear about your business, your vision, and the work you're creating.
