School & Organization Experience
Here's what you can expect
ONE - Discovery
Every school, dance studio, youth program, and arts organization is different. Our first conversation is all about understanding your goals.
We'll create a plan that supports both your organization and the families you serve.
TWO - Planning Your Photography Day
The more planning we do ahead of time, the smoother your photography day becomes. Together we'll build a schedule, discuss locations, organize participants, and decide how you'd like information collected. You have two options:

I'll provide an easy online registration form for families to complete. Parents can submit information like:
Parent names
Student names
Grade or age
Contact information
Favorite names or nicknames
Any helpful notes
This creates an organized file for every participant while making communication and gallery delivery incredibly simple. -
If your school or organization already has participant information, you're welcome to build the roster internally and simply provide me with your finalized shot list. We'll choose whichever process works best for your team.
THREE · Photography Day
Once photography day arrives... I've got it. Whether we're photographing twenty students or five hundred, my goal is to create a calm, efficient experience while allowing each child or participant to feel genuinely seen.
Some projects move quickly. Others leave space for storytelling and connection. Either way, I'll work closely with your staff to keep the day running smoothly while creating photographs that reflect your community beautifully.
FOUR · Gallery Delivery
Every organization has different needs, so gallery delivery is customized for each project. Options include individual family galleries, participant-organized galleries, school-wide staff galleries, or marketing galleries. We'll choose the best delivery structure before your session so everything is simple and seamless.
FIVE · Image Downloads & Ordering
Every agreement includes licensing tailored to your organization. School portrait packages may include one complimentary image download per student, while marketing projects include licensed images for organizational use. Families can always purchase additional downloads, galleries, artwork, or prints after delivery. My goal is to keep things simple for your organization while giving families flexible options.
